Councillor for Highbridge & Burnham South
Being on Sedgemoor District Council as the Councillor for Burnham on sea central since 2019 has been a very rewarding experience. My main role on the Council is planning, whereby I have actively been involved with the decision making regarding affordable homes, housing estates, single private homes, cafés, catering establishments, & extensions. I sit on various other committees helping to make the County a safe & clean place to be. Schools & hospitals have to be maintained to the highest standards, our infrastructure always presents new demands & challenges. I endeavour to play a positive part in this process.
